To my knowledge I’ve never experienced service any worse than we had at this place! Mentioned our disappointment to a waiter who suddenly took over for our waitress (who was going off shift). He seemed to try and fake his concern but failed with his acting efforts. Extremely over priced food and terrible service. The only reason for the two-star rating is because they of the view.

Service was great! Cool view of Kilauea crater. Food was nice portions n all tasted good. Recommended!
Slow service but food was good. Beer selection is nice and local. I got the Kalua Pork pizza which was tasty, wife had the Volcano salad with chicken which was large for the size and edamame was seated lightly and properly seasoned.
Very slow service. We almost left before our food came. Went on a weeknight and staff was not overly busy. They took their time walking slowly and talking to each other. Was told 15 minute wait for table. Actually took 45 minutes to get a table even though a table opened up quickly. By the time we sat down, 6 or 7 tables were empty. Staff then out of sight for long periods of time. Finally got seated and took 25 minutes to get a glass of wine. We were looking around wondering where the staff were, other customers looking around for the servers too. Bartender was talking to his friend the whole time. Waitress was nice and apologized. Food took over 35 minutes from when we ordered. Asked to speak to manager but no one came over. Unfortunately there aren't many alternatives nearby.
We came early afternoon and the service was fast, friendly, and the food was amazing. Prices were aligned with expectations of being in a park and the drinks were fantastic.
